Introduction

An established and successful company in the field of medical technology distributes high-quality medical products from leading manufacturers to hospitals and clinics throughout Switzerland. To strengthen the customer service team, we are looking for a committed, service-oriented personality.

Tasks

As a central contact person for customers, you will take on a varied role in internal sales:

• Recording and processing customer orders
• Coordination and ensuring timely deliveries
• Telephone and written support of customers in German and French
• Processing inquiries as well as ensuring customer-oriented solution finding
• Close cooperation with internal interfaces and external partners
• Support with administrative tasks and process optimizations

Profile

Completed commercial training or comparable qualification

Professional experience in customer service, internal sales, or a similar function is an advantage

Good German and French skills (at least level B1)

Strong customer and service orientation

Independent, structured, and reliable way of working

Team-oriented, communicative, and positive personality
