Joint Sealer / Fire Compartmentation

For an established company in the field of joint sealing and fire compartmentation, we are looking for one experienced joint sealer / sealing specialist (m/f/d) each. The company is active in the Zug region and carries out demanding work on new builds, conversions, as well as renovations in the indoor and outdoor areas.

Tasks:

• Execution of joint sealing work in the indoor and outdoor areas
• Execution of fire compartmentation and fire protection seals
• Processing of silicone, hybrid, and other sealing materials
• Creating and renovating connection, movement, and expansion joints
• Execution of seals at penetrations, connections, and transitions
• Professional sealing of penetrations for pipes, cables, and installations
• Working on construction sites for new builds, conversions, and renovations
• Assessment and preparation of the surfaces to be processed
• Clean, precise, independent, and timely working
• Compliance with safety, quality, and fire protection specifications
• Documentation of the performed work according to specifications

Requirements (MUST):

• Professional experience as a joint sealer, sealing specialist, or in the field of fire compartmentation
• Experience with joint seals and various joint systems
• Experience in the field of fire compartmentation / fire protection seals is an advantage
• Knowledge in handling various sealing and fire protection systems
• Good manual skills and technical understanding
• Independent, reliable, and careful way of working
• High quality awareness and clean way of working
• Physically resilient and enjoys working on construction sites
• Experience in the construction or finishing trades
• German language skills are an advantage
• Driver's license Cat. B
