Job Description ###

Main responsibilities:

• Driving and maneuvering locomotives for the movement, placement, and sorting of wagons on the internal railway network
• Preparation of train sets: coupling and uncoupling, connecting air lines, and checking the correct attachment of wagons
• Providing and removing wagons on the loading and unloading tracks, as well as weighing or tare weighing according to needs
• Performing routine locomotive checks, maintaining the logbook, and reporting any anomaly
• Cleaning, refueling, and simple maintenance of the locomotive and railway equipment
• Strict application of safety instructions and coordination of movements by radio with the teams present on site

Profile ###

Desired profile:

• Professional experience in an industrial setting, in production, in logistics, or in a demanding work environment
• Very good physical condition indispensable for performing sustained activity and working regularly in the field
• Accustomed to constraining positions involving wearing PPE, shifted schedules, and difficult environmental conditions
• Locomotive driver's license appreciated, but not indispensable: the necessary training will be provided by the company
• Rigor, vigilance, good stress management, and the ability to communicate clearly with teams
