Technical Lead Autoinjectors | 80 - 100% # Ref-Nr. 8094 Work location: Burgdorf | Hybrid Your main tasks ### • Sub-project management of customer projects during the development and introduction of new products • Member of the core team in customer projects with direct customer contact • Design responsibility in the respective projects • Planning, organization, execution, evaluation and documentation of analyses, verifications and tests in interdisciplinary teams • Definition and coordination of necessary optimizations and improvement measures • Creation of technical documents and reports during the development process • Supporting the introduction of products into production Your profile ### • Completed education as an Engineer FH/ETH/TU, ideally in the field of medical technology/mechanical engineering/microtechnology • At least 3 years of professional experience in medical technology in a comparable function • Distinct networked and cross-divisional way of thinking and acting • Independent, structured and responsible way of working • Enjoyment in participating in a dynamic environment and driving solutions forward together in a team • Fluent German (C1) and English skills (C1)
