In the course of a regulated succession, we are looking for an entrepreneurially minded personality for the key position in the management of projects & installation as Head of Projects & Installation HVAC In this central function, you will assume overall operational responsibility for the assembly/installation area as well as the successful implementation of heating projects. You will lead several assembly groups as well as a Junior Project Manager and ensure that projects are realized according to schedule, cost, and quality. In doing so, you act as the focal point between execution and customers and contribute significantly to the further development of the area. Your area of responsibility includes the holistic processing of heating projects from initial planning through resource coordination to successful commissioning. For a subsidiary, you will additionally undertake tasks in project planning in the area of heating and ventilation, allowing you to specifically contribute your technical breadth. In a deputy function, you will also participate in sales calculation and tendering, thereby actively supporting the bidding phase as well as the economic management of the projects. Your Profile We are looking for a technically sound and practice-oriented personality with further training as a Techniker HF or a comparable qualification in the HVAC environment (e.g., heating planner), ideally with experience in an executing company. You possess in-depth specialist knowledge in HVAC, as well as in energy generation with different energy carriers, and bring demonstrable expertise in the successful realization of heating and cooling projects. You have already been responsible for projects in a magnitude of up to CHF 1 Mio. and have corresponding experience in leading teams in the operational project environment. Your leadership qualities are characterized by clarity, commitment, and the ability to lead and coordinate different stakeholders in a goal-oriented manner. Your way of working is structured, analytical, and solution-oriented, combined with a high standard of quality and service. You present yourself confidently and appropriately to the target group and communicate convincingly both internally and externally. Using CAD planning tools is as much a part of your professional everyday life as the confident use of ERP and CRM systems; knowledge of Abacus is an advantage. Additionally, you bring a good understanding of digital processes in the project environment.
