Production Employee: CNC / Metalworking

As a production employee at pbr-matic AG in Muri AG, you are responsible for the smooth operation of our CNC machines for the processing of aluminum and metal components. Your tasks include setting up and operating the production facilities as well as preparing, sorting, and providing raw materials before and after processing. You ensure that the manufactured parts meet our quality standards and work closely with the production team to ensure an efficient process. The position is full-time and performed entirely on-site at the Muri location. Requirement profile: • You have proven experience in operating CNC machines, ideally in metalworking or a related industrial environment. • You bring knowledge in handling aluminum or other metal materials. • You work carefully, responsibly, and have a strong awareness of quality. • You are reliable and ready to react flexibly to changed working hours if necessary (e.g., adjusted working hours during summer heat – with timely advance notice from us). • You have good German skills in speaking and writing for daily communication within the team.
