Project Manager Civil Engineering Opfikon (w/m/d)

For our civil engineering location in Opfikon (Zurich office), we are looking for you as a Project Manager Civil Engineering (w/m/d). Your area of activity extends across the Zurich region, where you will be responsible for demanding structural engineering projects from the start of construction to handover.

At the Opfikon location, Implenia offers the entire service portfolio in structural engineering: from AVOR to execution to the completion of complex new construction and modernization projects. In doing so, we rely consistently on digital processes: calculation, measurement, and supplementary offers are handled via BauBit pro, BIM models and plans are shared with all project participants via Trimble Connect, and delivery notes are processed paperlessly via Comstruct. You will work in an experienced, interdisciplinary team that aims to implement demanding construction projects efficiently using modern tools.

• Leading and realizing demanding structural engineering projects
• Commercial and technical management of the project
• Leading the site managers
• Independent preparation and enforcement of supplementary offers
• Resource planning and monitoring of contract management

Requirements ###

What requirements do you bring as Project Manager Civil Engineering Opfikon (w/m/d)?

• Degree as dipl. Bauingenieur FH, dipl. Baumeister or dipl. Bauführer TS
• Several years of experience in project management in a construction company
• Experience with Swiss standards and in construction contract law
• Entrepreneurial thinking and action
• Assertiveness and enthusiasm for construction
• Business fluent German skills in spoken and written form
