Job Description ##

• Analyze business needs and translate them into functional and application requirements.
• Design and write general and detailed functional specifications.
• Challenge business needs and propose solutions adapted to product standards.
• Configure and adapt application solutions according to identified needs.
• Perform detailed analyses and prototypes to validate the envisioned solutions.
• Build and maintain a roadmap centered on results and business priorities.
• Prepare estimations, planning, and various project deliverables.
• Organize and support acceptance phases and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Coordinate internal stakeholders: business users, IT teams, architects, and application managers.
• Manage interactions with external service providers and partners in Switzerland and internationally.
• Identify risks and dependencies and communicate regularly on project progress.
• Support the integration of market solutions into the existing information system.

The Successful Applicant ##

• Higher education in computer science or a professional background deemed equivalent.
• Minimum 7 to 8 years of experience in a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst role.
• Concrete and indispensable experience in the configuration of application solutions.
• Experience in the integration of software packages, SaaS solutions, or market applications.
• Solid mastery of needs analysis and the writing of functional specifications.
• Experience with acceptance processes, functional tests, and UAT.
• Good experience in IT project management, roadmap monitoring, risks, and planning.
• Ability to challenge needs and work with business and technical interlocutors.
• Excellent analytical, synthesis, communication, and popularization skills.
• Autonomy, rigor, proactivity, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• An Agile, project management, or HERMES certification is an advantage.
• Fluent French and English, C1 level or equivalent.
