Mechanical Manager

Proven experience in a mechanical, microtechnical, watchmaking or industrial production environment. Good knowledge of manufacturing processes (CNC machining, etc...). Experience in team management. Ability to intervene directly in the field and to technically support teams. Organized, rigorous, autonomous and solution-oriented person. Supervise, support and develop the skills of a production team. Ensure the monitoring of priorities, deadlines, quality and performance. Actively participate in setups, adjustments, troubleshooting and resolution of technical problems. Supervise or coordinate activities related to the mechanical manufacturing of microtechnical components. Optimize flows, working methods and production processes. Be the field liaison to the Management and support services. Ensure compliance with safety rules, workshop best practices and quality requirements.
