Project Manager Construction and Realization 80-100% (m/f/d)

Introduction

For our client, an established company in the field of construction and project management, we are looking for an experienced personality as Project Manager Construction and Realization 80-100% immediately or by arrangement. In this function, you are responsible for demanding construction projects in SIA phases 3 to 5 and coordinate the entire project organization. As a direct contact person, you advise the client and ensure compliance with costs, deadlines, and quality standards.

Tasks

• Independent management of demanding construction projects in SIA phases 3 to 5
• Leadership and coordination of the entire project organization
• Competent advice to the client as a direct contact person
• Controlling the cooperation with internal and external project participants
• Responsibility for cost, quality, and deadline control
• Ensuring structured, economical, and successful project execution

Profile

• Several years of professional experience in a comparable function with comprehensive project responsibility
• Sound knowledge in the planning and execution of construction projects
• Enthusiasm for the construction industry and motivation to actively contribute your own expertise
• Networked and structured way of thinking as well as quick comprehension
• Clear oral and written communication skills
• Sense of responsibility, teamwork, and convincing assertiveness
• Confident handling of modern ICT infrastructure
