Your tasks at your new employer

• Collect and enter consumption readings (water and heating)
• Check the consistency and completeness of the data
• Calculate consumptions over defined periods
• Prepare summaries and billings intended for property management companies
• Identify the tenants concerned from the rental statements
• Follow up on anomalies detected on the meters
• Collaborate with technical teams and quality control
• Respond to requests from property management companies and partners

• CFC as a commercial employee or equivalent training
• Comfortable with numbers and data processing
• Organization, rigor and sense of detail
• Good mastery of IT tools

• Knowledge of German or English: a plus
