Our broad range of services includes the management of rental properties and condominiums, the sale and purchase of properties on a mandate basis, initial letting, valuation, as well as construction management.

Real Estate Accountant

In this versatile role, you are at home in real estate accounting, have a flair for numbers and appreciate an exact and independent way of working. Your tasks include in particular:

• Maintaining the real estate accounting for rental properties and condominiums
• Maintaining accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Liquidity planning and monitoring
• Dunning and debt collection proceedings
• Preparing heating and operating cost statements
• Preparing annual financial statements and VAT returns
• Contact person for tenants and owners
• Assisting with the digitalization of processes

You have successfully completed your commercial apprenticeship (EFZ) and have several years of sound practical experience in finance and accounting as well as in the real estate sector. Furthermore, you communicate confidently in German and are proficient in using MS Office and the real estate software Rimo R5 (mandatory). Personally, you will impress us with your organizational talent, a structured way of working, and a strong service mentality.
