Your tasks

• You accompany our residents in everyday life with expertise, heart and a clear focus on participation.
• You recognize individual needs and act carefully, creatively and solution-oriented.
• You work according to the principles of the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (UN-BRK).
• In contact person work, you take responsibility, actively networking with internal and external stakeholders.
• You support the group management in a deputy capacity.

Your profile

• Completion as a specialized care professional EFZ, ideally with experience in accompanying people with support needs.
• You see the accompaniment of people with sometimes challenging behaviors as an enrichment.
• You are empathetic, team-oriented and engaged.
• You see opportunities instead of obstacles and navigate through working life in a reflective manner.
• You use MS Office and digital tools routinely.
• Additionally, you bring the willingness to work shared shifts in early and/or late shifts.
