Job Description ## Do you hold the general training certificate in enforcement? Does the leadership of a sector and the management of complex files, notably by performing external operations in direct contact with users, motivate you? Attached to the Ordre judiciaire vaudois, the four bankruptcy offices of the canton have the main mission of administering and ensuring liquidation through bankruptcy. In order to complete the existing team, the Office des faillites de l'arrondissement de Lausanne, which employs nearly 20 collaborators, is looking for a chief bailiff of a bankruptcy office. Responsibilities ## • Direct a forced enforcement sector and contribute to the continuous training of collaborators and apprentices. • Ensure assistance and technical support to bailiffs for complex files and cases. • Take conservatory measures and determine active and passive assets. • Proceed with realizations and the distribution of proceeds. • Draft minutes intended for the parties to the proceedings. • Manage real estate files. Qualifications ## • CFC as a commercial employee. • General training certificate in enforcement. • 6 years of professional experience in the field of debt collection or bankruptcy. • Training in team management or commitment to obtaining it. • Ability to manage conflicts, assertiveness. • Sense of public service, very good resistance to stress. • Good organization, spirit of initiative, speed, precision. • Mastery of spelling and ease with common IT tools. • Driver's license and availability of a private vehicle desired. As part of the recruitment procedure, candidates will be required to present an extract from the debt collection register and the criminal record of less than 3 months.
