Your new job
Independent planning, coordination, accompaniment and documentation of internal as well as external audits
Responsibility for document management – from maintenance to optimization
Creation, updating and integration of process descriptions
Empowering and supporting the process owners in dealing with the management system and their topics
Tracking measures for continuous improvement including the verification of their effectiveness
Taking over small to medium-sized projects in the context of the management system
What you bring with you
Completed commercial training
Several years of practical professional experience in the management and optimization of management systems (e.g., quality, service or safety management)
Knowledge of relevant standards such as ISO 9001 or ISO 27001
Good communication skills, confident appearance and stylish German
Independent, structured and reliable way of working as well as conceptual thinking
Confident in handling MS Office applications
How much you earn
Your gross salary for a 100 % workload is in the range of 75’000 and 90’000 Franken per year, depending on your previous knowledge and experience. If some competencies are still missing, it may also be slightly below. Salary development then depends on your performance and the financial success of Bedag.
