As a Construction Logistics Team Leader, you will take on a key role together with the construction site manager at our construction site in Bern and work closely with the most important partners on site.
Project employment until the end of December 2029 with the option for permanent employment.

Your main tasks

• Together with the construction site manager, you are responsible for all logistics topics on the construction site and ensure the smooth running of the construction site logistics
• You promote professional communication and cooperation with all secondary and subcontractors and act as the central contact person for tradespeople, contractors and other project participants on site
• You coordinate the workflows on the construction site and at the installation sites and ensure optimal construction site operations as well as well-thought-out supply and disposal logistics
• You lead the construction logistics team on site and work closely with the construction site manager
• You participate in construction meetings and represent the interests of construction logistics towards the construction management and contractors
• You implement the construction logistics specifications and support their continuous optimization
• You monitor compliance with logistics, safety and order specifications on the construction site

Your requirements

• Completed basic training (EFZ) in the main construction or secondary construction industry or in a manual trade
• Initial experience in leading or coordinating small teams, for example as a forewoman, group leader or team leader
• Ideally experience in construction site or construction logistics or a deep interest in organizational processes on construction sites
• Strong communication skills as well as a confident appearance towards contractors, tradespeople and construction management
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
• Proficiency in using digital tools (MS Office, logistics platforms)
• Advantageous are a driving license category C, a crane license category A as well as licenses R4 (telescopic loader) or M3 (wheel loader)
