• 18 June 2026 • 80% • Temporary • Possible • Lausanne The Finance Department (SFIN) of the Ville de Lausanne is responsible for the financial and accounting management of the City. It ensures the steering of budgetary processes, budgetary monitoring, and the year-end closing procedure in collaboration with the Administration Directorates. Within the SFIN, the management control and financial analysis unit (CAF) is in charge of budgetary processes, financial analyses, and financial monitoring. As part of a maternity leave replacement, we are looking for an auxiliary controller and financial analyst for a 12-month mission. You will join a committed team and participate concretely in strategic and cross-functional missions, providing support to the different activities of the unit. Duration ### Auxiliary contract for a maximum duration of 12 months Main mission(s) ### Participate in the organization, preparation, and steering of the municipal budgetary process, in collaboration with the budget manager Support the directorates within their scope in the preparation of their budget, analyze their requests, and propose recommendations Ensure the monitoring of budgetary execution, establish financial projections, analyze variances, and contribute to year-end closing work Advise directorates and services on their financial items, while guaranteeing the application of current regulations Perform economic and financial analyses and ensure the monitoring of specific themes or projects Participate in the monitoring of holdings, guarantees, and subsidies Profile ### University Master's degree in economic sciences (HEC) or federal diploma of expert in finance and controlling or training deemed equivalent Minimum 5 years of proven experience in financial analysis and reporting Strong interest and knowledge of public service, desired Good command of Excel and an ERP system (Abacus/SAP) Autonomy, proactivity, and rigor Excellent analytical and synthesis skills Special conditions ### Clean criminal record Extract from the debt enforcement register Workplace ### Place Chauderon 9, 1001 Lausanne Start date ### Immediately or by agreement Information ### Mme Noémie Richerataux, Deputy to the Head of the management control and financial analysis unit, +41 21 315 42 31 Offer ### Please send us your application and the usual documents by 05.07.2026 via the online form.
