Your mission

• Contribute to the quality, safety, and continuity of care services for the beneficiaries of the Accommodations sector.
• Intervene transversally in the residences, in support of the field teams and according to identified needs.
• Organize and coordinate the follow-up of care for beneficiaries.
• Provide nursing expertise in complex situations, specific care, and the monitoring of medication treatments.
• Ensure, within the legal and institutional framework, the delegation, monitoring, and traceability of care acts entrusted to the professionals concerned.
• Collaborate with socio-educational and care teams, medico-social partners, families, and relatives, in a logic of continuity of support.

Your profile

• Nursing diploma, with authorization to practice issued by the Service du médecin cantonal de Genève.
• Experience or strong interest in supporting people in situations of disability.
• Excellent analytical, prioritization, and decision-making skills in varied care situations.
• Professional rigor, sense of responsibility, and ease in transmitting information related to care.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, sense of listening, and ability to support multidisciplinary teams.
• Good knowledge of the Geneva medico-social network and the issues related to the CRPD.
• Clear, structured communication adapted to different interlocutors.
