• Represent the Chief Physician of the Aarau recruitment center on a technical and personal level
• Independently perform medical examinations of conscripts in German
• Evaluate fitness for military service and civil protection
• Lead the medical examination commission for the evaluation of fitness for military service
• Communicate and represent acquired knowledge in specialized fields externally and maintain close collaboration with the heads of basic medical care and medical recruitment

• Federal medical diploma, or equivalent with MEBEKO recognition as well as several years of clinical experience, with specialist title
• Open attitude towards military personnel and towards military and medico-military issues
• Leading, committed, and prudent personality, enjoying exchange within a motivated and interdisciplinary team
• Strong social and communicative skills
• Good active knowledge of at least one second official language and passive knowledge of a third
