What awaits you Application of the internal control system (IKS), ensuring that requirements are met, planning and implementation of IKS activities, support of the first line of defense Consolidation and preparation of qualitative risk reporting (Risk Committee, Executive Board, Board of Directors) Support and further development of local Risk Management IT system (application for managing processes, risks, and controls) Coordination and implementation of regulatory requirements from supervisory authorities Operational implementation of requirements for Financial Reporting Risk (FRR) in cooperation with the Group headquarters Monitoring of IKS Testing activities Close cooperation with other areas such as Operational Risk, IT Risk, and Compliance both at the local and Group level What you bring with you At least five years of professional experience in the insurance or financial services sector (IKS, operational risks, financial reporting) Additional, several years of professional experience in audit or consulting is an advantage Very good process and IKS knowledge Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Enjoyment of working in a team and an open-minded personality that critically analyzes and questions topics Fluent German and English skills, French skills are an advantage Your benefits Your office is where you are: depending on your workload, you can work remotely for up to 60% of your working time.
