Headquartered in Switzerland and with around 300 employees, it also has several international production sites.

Your task ##

• Independent processing of the entire export process from order entry through scheduling to invoicing
• Ensuring timely delivery by monitoring and coordinating international transports via truck, sea, rail, and air freight
• Creation, checking, and management of export-relevant documents, including customs documents, export certificates, and certificates of origin
• Competent support and communication with international customers, freight forwarders, and business partners in German and English
• Close cooperation with internal interfaces such as production, logistics, and sales to optimize processes and ensure a smooth, customer-oriented workflow

Your profile ##

• Commercial or technical basic training with further training in export (Foreign Trade Specialist)
• Several years of professional experience in export mandatory
• Very good language skills in German and English in W/S, other foreign languages an advantage
• Sound IT skills, preferably SAP and export tools
• Enjoyment of contact with customers, agents, suppliers, and freight forwarders for export
