We are looking for a dietary chef immediately or by arrangement, 50%-100% Tasks: • you prepare meals for the clinic and the à-la-carte area and help with the band service • you organize your daily routine independently and are responsible for ordering the products of the fresh assortment • thereby, you pay attention to the quality of the food at your workplace and take responsibility for it • ensuring order and cleanliness according to HACCP is a matter of course for you Requirements: • with your completed training as a dietary chef with a federal certificate of proficiency • with your versatile deployability and your calmness, even in hectic situations • through your independent, structured and efficient way of working • with your creative, idea-rich and resilient personality • through your willingness to work on weekends • through your mobility with a car About us: • Barmelweid is the leading specialized and rehabilitation clinic in Northwestern Switzerland and the largest psychosomatic clinic in Switzerland.
