We are a team of approx. 65 employees. At our place, everyone is on a first-name basis. For our technical team, we are looking for a facility technician (m/f/d) at an occupancy of 80%-100% by arrangement.

What can you move?

You maintain the indoor and outdoor facilities.
You ensure the maintenance and repair of the building technical systems such as heating, water systems, and ventilation.
You carry out installation work in the electronic field.
You are co-responsible for the daily waste management.
You carry out smaller tasks in the garden area.
You provide assistance with IT challenges, especially with event technology.
You draw supervisors and employees' attention to accident and health hazards.
You master tasks assigned by your supervisor as well as those entered in Hotelkit.
You assist with the procurement of consumables.
You ensure proper documentation and the creation of inspection reports.
You supervise and instruct external companies and coordinate their services.
You are the contact person for technical inquiries or fault reports.

What should you bring?

Hard Skills:

You have completed basic training EFZ in a manual trade and/or bring at least 2 years of professional experience in a similar position.
You already have experience in painting work
Ideally, you already have experience in the hotel industry, in a retirement or nursing home, or in the area of building maintenance
You have very good German and good English skills - any further language is an advantage

Soft Skills:

You are communicative and bring a high service mentality
You are stress-resistant and flexible
You work independently, precisely, and are capable of problem-solving
You are self-motivated and are not afraid to occasionally leave your comfort zone
You are trustworthy and reliable
You are characterized by high psychological and physical resilience and additionally, fear of heights is a foreign word to you
