Permanent position \- 100% Property Manager M/F Our Client is a recognized real estate agency in the Geneva market, with a strong corporate culture. They have mandated us for the recruitment of a Property Manager in a permanent position. Missions Ensure the autonomous management of a portfolio of residential and/or mixed-use buildings (institutional portfolio). Be the primary interlocutor for tenants, owners, companies, and external partners. Perform move-in/move-out inspections. Ensure the proper maintenance of buildings and coordinate necessary technical interventions. Supervise the administrative processing of leases, rent adjustments, and various correspondence. Control invoices, statements, and other documents related to the operation of the buildings. Advise owners on matters relating to the enhancement of their real estate assets. Manage an Assistant Property Manager. This list is not exhaustive. Candidate Profile Specialized training in real estate (federal diploma obtained or in progress, an asset). Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position (or as a Rental/Administrative manager) in Switzerland MANDATORY. Good knowledge of the legal aspects related to rental real estate. Excellent writing skills and interpersonal ease. Sense of responsibility, autonomy, and initiative. Customer orientation and ability to build lasting relationships of trust.
