From commercial and technical management, through marketing and sales, to interim use and community management.

What you will do:

• You support the commercial management as well as the Real Estate Site Manager in all administrative matters within the managed portfolio and in the leasing of different types of use
• Telephone and written contacts with tenants, caretakers, craftsmen, and authorities are also part of your area of responsibility
• You review applications, are responsible for obtaining references, and for creating lease agreements for ancillary objects
• You plan and conduct apartment viewings and handle the follow-up processing
• You control, post, and process various payments, whereby you further process accounts payable invoices and create accounts receivable invoices
• Reports, such as revenue reports and parking income, are created and monitored by you

Why you will succeed:

• You have a commercial basic education and at least 3 years of commercial professional experience (further training and experience in the real estate sector are an advantage)
• You have proficient German and English skills in speaking and writing (French orally is an advantage)
• You have good MS Office user skills
• You are a team player and work independently and in a structured manner
• Your flexible, resilient, and customer-oriented personality with a lot of initiative characterizes you
