Each of our companies pursues a responsible environmental and social policy and is committed to being a trusted partner, close to its clientele.* Corporate Lawyer (60-80%) Thanks to your in-depth legal knowledge, you will hold a key position within our General Secretariat with the unique opportunity to participate in the Viteos energy transition. Your field of activity • Autonomously handle various legal files, mainly relating to energy law, real rights, contract law, civil liability, public procurement as well as data protection • Draft, revise and negotiate contracts and general terms and conditions • Elaborate legal opinions, positions on legislative consultations as well as document templates • Manage claims and debt recovery procedures • Ensure relations with authorities (land registry, courts, state services) • Exercise legislative and jurisprudential monitoring in the energy sector • Participate in internal meetings and advise the various departments of the company The prerequisites • * Holder of a master's degree in Swiss law • Bar attorney certificate or specialization in the field of contract law an asset • At least 3 years of professional experience • Excellent writing and synthesis skills • Mastery of usual IT tools (MS Office, Outlook) • Good knowledge of German and English (B2) • Autonomous, rigorous, endowed with a solid analytical spirit and good management of priorities • Curious, with a marked interest in technical fields and renewable energies • Communication aptitude, ability for legal popularization and oriented towards client satisfaction • Sense of collaboration and confidentiality, pronounced taste for multidisciplinary teamwork A glance at your benefits: click here to learn more Desired start date: immediately or to be agreed upon *(This position is open to any person, regardless of their gender, identity, origin or situation).*
