Job description ##

Within a small HR team, you will be entrusted with a wide variety of operational tasks related to onboarding, company life, as well as offboarding of employees. These tasks will cover both personnel administration and the management of salaries, social insurances and time tracking. You will also contribute to ongoing projects.

Profile ##

Holder of the HR manager certificate and / or benefiting from a first experience in the HR field, you are versatile, autonomous, very detail-oriented and quality-oriented. You possess good analytical skills and an affinity for numbers.

Demonstrating excellent team spirit, you have very good communication skills, both oral and written, and know how to keep a cool head even in stressful situations. Available and flexible, you place the satisfaction of the teams at the heart of your priorities. You are comfortable using IT tools.

Professional requirements ##

• HR manager certificate
• Benefiting from a first experience in the HR field

Languages ##

• French native speaker, you possess excellent knowledge of English.
• German would be an advantage.
