Service Engineer Protection and Control Technology

You will take over maintenance and retrofit projects for protection and control technology systems in high and medium voltage and accompany these from conception to commissioning.

Tasks

• Independent maintenance and retrofit projects for protection and control technology in high and medium voltage
• Creation of concept descriptions, specifications, and plant documentation
• Coordination of implementation with relevant specialists
• Responsibility for hardware and software engineering as well as integration tests
• Carrying out commissioning in the testing laboratory and on-site at the customer
• Technical advice to customers and internal departments on complex issues

Profile

• Completed training as an Engineer FH or Technician HF in electrical engineering, automation, or computer science
• Sound experience in the commissioning of protection and control technology systems
• Knowledge of project management and network technology is an advantage
• Experience in creating concept descriptions and technical plant documentation
• Structured, solution-oriented way of working and confident appearance with the customer
• Business fluent German skills as well as good English skills, French or Italian is an advantage
