Your tasks

• Responsibility for safe, professional and patient-oriented nursing care throughout the nursing process, adhering to current quality guidelines.
• Implementation of challenging nursing measures such as infusion therapy, pain management, postoperative care, wound management and monitoring of clinical parameters.
• Continuous assessment of the state of health, recognition of complex nursing situations and initiation of appropriate nursing or medical measures.
• Interprofessional collaboration with doctors, therapists, social services and relatives -- including case-oriented communication.
• Careful digital documentation as a basis for quality assurance, professional personnel placement Ittigen and structured job placement Ittigen.
• Participation in process optimizations, nursing development projects and internal working groups.
• Optional: assumption of leadership responsibility such as team coordination, technical support for new employees, participation in shift planning or project management by the Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH.
