You plan, package, test, and distribute software solutions efficiently and reliably. You automate processes with PowerShell and actively contribute to the standardization and optimization of our workflows. You build client infrastructures, operate them, and implement migrations as well as further developments. You support our employees in 1st- and 2nd-level support and ensure fast, solution-oriented processing of incidents. You actively work in ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Release, Problem, Configuration, and Capacity Management). You competently support the business with questions about servers and databases. Your skills and competencies You have an education as a platform developer, computer scientist EFZ, or a comparable qualification in the IT environment. You are enthusiastic about modern workplace technologies and follow trends and developments in the client environment with interest. You enjoy working in a team, are flexible, and appreciate an open, collaborative way of working. You think analytically and networked, quickly grasp complex situations, and develop sustainable solutions.
