August 2027 Job description The association Kinderbetreuung Bergdietikon (KiBe) operates a KiTa (daycare center) as well as an after-school care center (day structure) in a modern multi-purpose building directly on the school grounds in Bergdietikon. The KiTa offers a total of 71 places, divided into five groups (one baby group, two mixed-age groups, one pre-kindergarten group, and one forest group) in which children from 14 weeks of age until entering kindergarten are cared for. The after-school care center is divided into a kindergarten after-school care and a student after-school care. In total, 68 children can be cared for in the after-school care center per day and approx. 114 children attend the midday table. Apprentices are trained in all groups, with the exception of the forest group. During their training, they have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in both the KiTa and the after-school care center.   As of August 2027, we are looking for motivated apprentices (100%)   Our guiding principle in training apprentices is "Coming to the goal together"   Our apprentices are accompanied and supported by the vocational trainers in everyday life. In addition, a person responsible for training is available in the company to provide advice and support on all questions regarding training and further education. Training and accompanying apprentices is a matter of course for us and has a high priority in everyday life. Since summer 2026, we have been supplementing our structured training with a specially developed introductory week, which additionally facilitates the start of the apprenticeship for the apprentices. In addition to regular training sessions with the vocational trainers, the person responsible for training also conducts specialist discussions and practices presentations with the apprentices.   Would you like to complete your training with us?
