We are looking for a reliable, independent and committed person to strengthen our team and actively shape our growth course. Your tasks You will be responsible for a diverse portfolio of rental properties independently and holistically - from the initial contact to ongoing management. You are the first point of contact for owners, tenants, janitors and external partners You take care of renting: from advertising to viewings and tenant selection to the conclusion of the rental agreement. You organize tenant changes and conduct apartment inspections and handovers. You obtain quotes, award contracts and coordinate craftsmen and service providers including quality control. You accompany value-preserving and value-increasing measures as well as smaller construction projects from the initial concept to the final invoice. You actively use our digital tools and bring your own ideas on how we can further simplify processes. Your profile You have professional experience in real estate management You have a federal certificate of proficiency in real estate management You are familiar with rental law and enjoy working on legal and technical issues. You work independently, structured and think entrepreneurially. You enjoy interacting with people, have an open demeanor and communicate confidently in word and writing. You are digitally affine and like to get involved when new tools or processes are introduced.
