Job description

WHAT YOU DO
As Department Manager, you lead and support your team and promote an inclusive culture that strengthens collaboration and entrepreneurial thinking. You ensure an excellent operational and visual experience for customers and colleagues in the store. You:

• ensure strong visual and commercial presentation to offer a great shopping experience for our customers with the help of service tools.
• analyze sales and budget targets, develop optimization measures.
• plan tasks and personnel deployment efficiently, ensuring the smooth running of all operational processes -- from the sales floor to warehouse areas to cash desk and fitting room routines as well as daily store opening and closing.
• possess the ability to express yourself clearly and in a service-oriented manner in German (at least B2).
• strategically develop your team through targeted recruiting, onboarding, regular feedback meetings, performance appraisals, and individual further development.
• have experience in fashion retail and know the requirements of a dynamic retail environment.

• The monthly gross salary for this position at a workload of 100% is at least CHF 5'023.-- (13 monthly salaries). The actual compensation depends on professional experience and qualifications.
