What are your tasks?
You provide technical first-level support and assistance with technical inquiries from customers
In the office, you will undertake diagnostic work, repairs and service work on laboratory and medical devices
Likewise, field technicians can count on your professional support
Creating offers, recording work reports and the corresponding invoicing also belong to your daily business

What do you bring with you?
You have completed technical training (electronics technician, electrician, electromechanical technician or similar)
If you already have professional experience in a similar field, that is a certain plus, but not mandatory
Sound knowledge in the PC hardware and software area
Routined handling of Office applications
You also have a self-responsible and resilient working style
