Job Description

• Independent production of demanding metal and steel construction work such as balconies, stairs, railings, patio coverings, steel doors, and gates
• Assembly and preparation of individual parts for installation
• Welding work Steel / CNS / Aluminium
• Occasional assistance with installation
• There is the possibility to take over the position of Deputy Production Manager

Requirement Profile

• Vocational training as Metalworker EFZ or several years of experience in metal construction
• Good skills in reading and understanding technical drawings
• Sound knowledge in metal processing, welding processes, and techniques
• Independent and entrepreneurial thinking, working, and acting
• Quality awareness and professional pride
• Enthusiastic, resilient, and team-oriented personality
• Experience in supervising apprentices
