The LANDI cooperatives support Swiss female and male farmers in the economic development of their businesses. Together with the brands Volg, TopShop and AGROLA, the LANDI cooperatives also supply the population in rural areas of Switzerland with food, daily necessities and energy. The LANDI Sins-Zugerland cooperative is successfully active in the upper Freiamt and Zugerland region.

At the Sins location, we are looking for a committed and customer-oriented personality due to the retirement of the job holder as of spring 2027 or by arrangement.

These tasks will inspire you

• Overall responsibility for the personnel and organizational management of the store
• Deployment planning, leadership, motivation and further development of the sales team
• Competent advice and friendly support of our customers as well as
• Ensuring the pleasantly different shopping experience
• Ensuring compliance with budget targets as well as relevant key figures
• Planning and management of the product assortment as well as ensuring an attractive and sales-promoting product presentation
• Monitoring product availability, warehouse management and ordering processes
• Ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety and quality standards
• Independent completion of all administrative tasks, including cash reconciliation, inventories

• Basic training in retail with EFZ in the Do-it-yourself area
• Several years of professional experience in retail
• Experience in the leadership, promotion and development of employees
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
