Property Manager Your missions Active and complete management of a portfolio of buildings Move-in and move-out inspections during refurbishment and change of tenants Management and continuous training of subordinate assistant(s) (including setting annual objectives and monitoring their achievement) Personal and telephone support for tenants Ensure the maintenance of the building in accordance with the management contract Periodic inspection of real estate with preparation of corresponding status reports Carry out modifications to leases and adaptation of rents as well as indexed rents Supervision of the current rent policy and advice to the owner for the establishment of market rents Control and approval of accounts payable invoices, management statements, and ancillary costs Your profile Commercial apprenticeship with CFC or equivalent training Federal Diploma of Property Manager (obtained or in progress) or continuing education in the real estate field Several years of professional experience (3-5 years) in real estate management Good knowledge of accounting and law (tenancy law, CO, CC, LP) Mastery of the French language orally and in writing with good writing skills Digital affinity and ability to participate actively in change Strong customer orientation and relationship management in a partnership mode Entrepreneurial way of thinking and acting with interpersonal skills Advantages Internal offer of specialized courses and management courses in our Livit Academy Financial support and/or arrangement of working time for external specialized training and access to electronic learning platforms for online language courses Individual career plan and prospects for development Home- / Mobile Office Bonus based on company results and personal performance Minimum 5 weeks of vacation and the possibility to purchase up to 10 additional days of vacation (Ferienflex) Above-average pension benefits: Daily allowance insurance premiums and accident insurance are fully covered by Livit. 14 days of paternity leave Contact Giverny Chamoulaud Linkedin Application process The Livit Family We love real estate and are enthusiastically committed to maintaining the value of our clients' buildings.
