Your tasks

• Leadership and deployment planning of a team of around 10 employees
• Organization and coordination of personnel, machines and material
• Ensuring timely order processing as well as monitoring ongoing production
• Support of the team in production if required
• Continuous optimization of workflows and processes

Your profile

• Completed training as Schreiner EFZ
• Ideally further training as Team Leader Production or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience as well as leadership experience in a comparable function
• High social competence, organizational talent and assertiveness
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Independent, resilient and solution-oriented way of working
