The offering includes geriatric care in elderly residential groups – including specialized offers for people with dementia, addictions, or gerontopsychiatric needs – as well as care in neurological residential groups. This is intended to make an active contribution to improving the organizational and geographical networking as well as the coordinative alignment of the patient pathway for elderly people.
