Your tasks:
Calculating GU-/TU- and General Planner offers and their compilation
Assistance in the preparation of GU- and TU-work contracts as well as general planner contracts
Development of rough cost estimates, cost estimates as well as cost estimates for new buildings and renovations
Support of the management in the acquisition phase
Assistance in the design and concept phase in relation to economic efficiency
Support of the project management in the tendering, awarding, execution and completion phase
Recording and managing cost key figures
Your profile:
Basic training as a structural draughtsman/draughtswoman with further training in architecture HTL/FH, construction management or as a structural technician TS
Resilient, team-oriented and conscientious personality
Focused and solution-oriented way of thinking
Understanding of planning and quality as well as calculation experience
Knowledge of SIA standards, laws and regulations in construction
Good IT user skills
