Commercial Clerk

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a colleague as a Commercial Clerk (m/f/d) starting immediately.

Your tasks:

• Customer master data maintenance
• Promotional material management & promotional material shipping
• Creation of credit notes and installation invoices
• Deputy for installation scheduling
• Deputy for price maintenance
• Deputy for invoicing
• Representation of the telephone switchboard
• Other administrative activities

What we expect from you:

You bring a basic commercial education and good German skills. Furthermore, this position requires good computer skills, as well as knowledge of MS Office programs. Experience with SAP is an advantage. Your way of working is exact and expeditious. You serve our customers on the telephone in a friendly, courteous and competent manner. Basic knowledge of French or Italian is also an advantage. Furthermore, you are flexible in your application, enjoy dealing with people and like working in a team.
