To continue launching innovative solutions on the market, we are looking for reinforcement for our team as Product Owner and Scrum Master h/f/d 80-100 % WHAT YOU CAN EXPERIENCE- You are responsible for the Product Backlog and develop the product roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders. You formulate Epics, Features, and User Stories and prioritize them according to customer value and company objectives. You assume the role of Scrum Master and ensure an efficient, transparent, and sustainable development process. You plan and lead meetings. You support the development team in removing obstacles and encourage continuous improvement. You work closely with development, consulting, support, as well as marketing and sales. You analyze customer requirements and market trends with product management and deduce new product ideas and optimizations. YOUR QUALITIES ARE- Several years of experience as a Product Owner, Scrum Master, or in a comparable function. In-depth knowledge of agile development methods. Ideally a Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent certification. You have experience in the Enterprise or IT Service Management field. Analytical spirit as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working. Excellent communication skills, ease of animation, and pleasure in collaborating with different interest groups. Autonomy, reliability, and sense of responsibility in your work. Very good knowledge of German (mother tongue/C2) as well as good knowledge of English (B2). WHAT DO YOU WANT?
