Your Mission

As Store Manager, you manage the store operationally and commercially and are simultaneously a host, coach, and passionate salesperson.

• lead, motivate, and develop your store team
• plan personnel assignments and ensure smooth store operations
• take responsibility for turnover, sales targets, and the performance of the store
• analyze key figures and derive concrete measures from them
• roll up your sleeves yourself on the sales floor and lead by example
• inspire customers with our products and make technology experiential
• ensure high-quality merchandise presentation and a professional store appearance
• actively contribute your ideas and develop the store further together with us

In short: You run the store as if it were your own.

What you bring with you

Ideally, you bring:

• several years of experience in retail
• leadership experience as a Store Manager, Branch Manager, Deputy Branch Manager, or in a comparable function
• strong sales and customer orientation
• joy in leading and developing a team and achieving goals together
• good understanding of sales figures and retail KPIs
• enthusiasm for innovative products and new technologies
• an independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• a professional, sympathetic, and confident appearance
• flexibility for the working hours common in retail, including Saturdays as well as early, middle, and late shifts
