We are a successful personnel consultancy for temporary and permanent positions throughout Eastern Switzerland, specializing in the placement of personnel from industry, technology, construction, and office environments. We are seeking for our client, on a temporary basis, immediately or by agreement, a Assembly Worker 3-Shift (m/d/w) 100% Tasks: • Operating and monitoring partially and fully automated assembly systems • Carrying out precise manual assemblies and subsequent processing steps • Quality control of manufactured products according to defined specifications • Documentation of test results according to internal guidelines • Compliance with hygiene, safety, and process standards • Ensuring cleanliness and order at the workplace • Supporting simple maintenance work according to instructions Requirements: • Very good German language skills • Willingness to work in a 3-shift operation • Experience in a production environment, ideally in a cleanroom or plastics area • Good technical understanding • Reliable and careful working method • High level of commitment and team skills • Mobile with own vehicle What to expect: Comprehensive training in an exciting field of activity Modern and clean workplace Collegial team and pleasant working environment Long-term employment opportunity with subsequent permanent employment Attractive employment conditions Have we sparked your interest?
