main tasks Independent management and coordination of projects in the field of heating (depending on experience with corresponding support and induction) Schedule, cost, and quality control and ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and regulations Preparation and review of offers, bills of quantities, and works contracts Leadership and motivation of the project team as well as coordination with internal departments and external partners (architects, clients, suppliers) Technical consulting for our customers and development of tailor-made heating solutions Ensuring a smooth flow of information and proactive communication with all project participants Your profile Completed vocational training as a building services planner: heating or equivalent training For experienced individuals: several years of professional experience in a comparable position as a project manager heating is an advantage For recent graduates & beginners: great interest and motivation to familiarize yourself with project management – we will support you intensively during onboarding and professional development Strong social skills, communication strength, and negotiation skills Very good oral and written German skills Driver's license Cat. B Confident use of industry-standard software (Abacus, CAD, MS Office)
