In everyday life, this means

You accompany our projects from the execution plan to implementation. Experienced construction managers will be by your side, passing on their knowledge and supporting you when new questions arise.

You help to coordinate contractors, organize construction sites, and keep an eye on costs, deadlines, and quality. You control executions, document construction progress, and get to the bottom of discrepancies. With growing experience, you will take on your own tasks and gain confidence in your decisions.

In addition, there is a well-coordinated team, a relaxed interaction at eye level, and space for your professional and personal development.

Your profile

• Mandatory: completed training as Zeichner/in EFZ Fachrichtung Architektur or Hochbauzeichner/in
• Possibly already construction management experience in Switzerland and interest in construction processes, execution, and entering construction management
• Confident handling of costs, deadlines, tenders, and contractor coordination, ideally experience with Messerli
• Good knowledge of Swiss standards, construction processes, and execution details
• Clear communication, organizational talent, and joy in direct contact with people
• Independent, solution-oriented, and responsible way of working
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Openness to digital tools and modern work processes
