Your tasks • As a Microsoft Copilot/AI & Power Platform Engineer, you hold technical responsibility for the introduction, further development, and operation of the Microsoft AI and automation platforms. • You develop and operate innovative solutions around Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI Services, and the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps & Power Automate) • You are responsible for the administration and governance of our Microsoft 365 Tenant and ensure that security, compliance, and data protection requirements are met. • You support specialist departments in the identification, conception, and implementation of AI and automation solutions to optimize business processes. • You evaluate new Microsoft technologies and actively bring best practices in the areas of Generative AI, automation, and cloud platforms into the company. Your profile • You have an IT education with a qualified university degree • You possess extensive experience in the Microsoft Cloud environment, especially Microsoft 365, Azure, Power Platform, and Copilot. • You have sound experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI Services, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI governance, and Prompt Engineering. • You have practical experience in the development of Agents, Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and the integration of APIs as well as cloud services. • You have knowledge in the areas of Microsoft Tenant Management, with a particular focus on Security & Compliance Our offer Work Life Balance With us, your life is in balance: thanks to flexible working hours and a 40-hour week.
