Your key missions You are in charge of administrative follow-up and social interviews. You implement personalized action plans. You support beneficiaries in social, professional, and administrative integration. You coordinate with internal and external partners. You ensure respect for the shelter rules. Your profile You have a HES bachelor's degree in social work (SEFRI recognition if foreign diploma). Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar function. You have a good knowledge of the Vaud network and social insurances. You have excellent French (oral and written); proficiency in English or other languages is an asset. You have a marked interest in the field of migration.
