Production Mechanic - CNC Manufacturing with Heidenhain and Fanuc Controls

Activity

• Independent setup, operation, and monitoring of CNC milling machines
• Programming of CNC machines with Heidenhain and Fanuc controls
• Creation and optimization of CNC programs with Mastercam
• Manufacturing of individual parts as well as small and medium series
• Quality control of the manufactured parts (measuring, testing, documenting)
• Continuous process optimization and ensuring the required quality
• Maintenance and care of the machines and equipment
• Requirements
• Completed training as Polymechaniker/in EFZ or comparable training
• Several years of experience in CNC milling is an advantage
• Sound knowledge of Heidenhain and/or Fanuc controls
• Experience with Mastercam or comparable CAM software
• Independent, precise, and reliable way of working
• Technical understanding and high quality awareness
• Able to work in a team, flexible, and resilient
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
