Drive installation activities by ensuring safety, quality, customer satisfaction, and operational performance. Manage field teams and subcontractors to ensure project delivery on time and according to Otis standards.

Main responsibilities
--------------------------------

Project Execution & Delivery

• Plan and coordinate installations.
• Guarantee safety, quality, compliance, and respect for deadlines.
• Supervise the preparation, logistics, and execution of construction sites.
• Support teams on complex projects.
• Ensure commissioning and regulatory inspections.
• Drive costs, productivity, and KPIs.

Safety

• Perform pre-starts, supervise key stages of construction sites, and implement corrective actions related to safety risks.
• Strengthen the safety culture through regular FPA audits and awareness actions with the teams.
• Guarantee the training and authorization of personnel regarding safety requirements.

Customer Relations

• Be the primary contact for clients and project partners.
• Ensure proactive communication and monitoring of construction sites.
• Guarantee customer satisfaction and compliance of deliveries.
• Support sales teams on complex projects.

Leadership & Management

• Supervise and develop field teams.
• Guarantee the performance, safety, and quality of operations.
• Ensure the administrative and operational management of activities.

Education & Experience

• Higher technical education (Engineer, ES Technician, or equivalent).
• Experience in construction site management and field team management.

• Fluent French and German, professional English.
• Driver's license indispensable.
